Mark off information that can be inferred from other's hands, play piles, and discard pile

• Mark off information in one's own hand that can be gleaned from visible cards. For example, if I am holding a 5 and all the other 5s are either in other hands or already played, then I know which color 5 I am holding.

• Mark off information in other player's hands that one knows they can infer from visible cards. For example, if I see player B has a 5, and I can see that all the other 5s have either been played or are in player C's hand, then I know that player B knows what color their 5 is.

• Mark off higher-order information in a similar vein

Limit chat message length

Currently, chat message length is unlimited, which could lead to some kind of buffer overflow, and definitely leads to hiding useful log information.

Fix cookies to get 'New Game' working properly

Someone was able to see their own cards when we clicked 'new game'. This might be because the URL has changed but the way of maintaining authorization somehow depends on the old URL. Needs investigation.
