There are no borders in toolbar toggle buttons

Some toolbar buttons are toggles and vanilla Visual Studio places a contrasting border around them when the toggle state is True.

This theme doesn't seem to do that and it would be awesome if it did.

Here's a screenshot example. The toolbar is from the CodeRush extension.

Some buttons are very dark, and look like it is disabled

The install button in the Nuget Package manager looks like it is disabled(but it's not).
Took me a minute to realize that it was actually possible to click. maybe make that a bit brighter?

Toolbar Menu color when VS Windows isn't active

Hi,

I've figured a different color tone for Toolbar Menu when windows is not active:

At last, just a suggestion: When releasing a fix, if you increase the vsix version number, it makes possible to update the extesion directly by Visual Studio. Publishing a fix into same version number requires remove and reinstall extension.

I would like to show you the Publish Page appearance, the profile selection isnt' visible, maybe needs some work here:

Bad color of highliting for Search highlighting

When you perform searching, all matched words highlighted. Highlight color of non-active matches is bad so it's hard to see words above this highlights. And also, active match is semi-noticeble

Inline type hint background is too light

With your color theme I have not possible to use inline hints
