RPM spec file should be in a separate repository

Hi,
I am mostly experienced in Debian packaging, but I think it's the same for RPM packaging.
One should never put the distro-specific packaging files in the upstream repository.
Why? Because the downstream specific packaging files might have different versions, and apply patches to the source. You don't want all these changes to be in the upstream sources.

I cannot find the repository for your harbour-quicklauncher application to create an issue.

harbour-quicklauncher v1.1 does not work on SFOS3.2 :
