Line 177 has a typo where "Case1" should be "case1"

current code is:

contrasts.edgeR <- makeContrasts(Case1 - Control, levels=design.mat) ##FirstC-SecondC ##Define

and should be

contrasts.edgeR <- makeContrasts(case1 - Control, levels=design.mat) ##FirstC-SecondC ##Define
