Make module queue automatic

When a module is active, adjusting the controls should automatically add and continuously update a queued action. The default behavior should be update. Clicking on a queue item should also allow for updates.

Module queue messaging

Implement a new messaging system to handle running the actions. Events may not be best for this. The key is to avoid relying on polling. Perhaps use a delegate. Basically the active module needs to be able to send a message the ship when it is done with the current action, so the ship can update the queue and move to the next action. Currently this is handled with polling and boolean triggers.

Can a while loop substitute for Update()?

Camera zoom event

The Camera should notify all subscribed components of zoom changes.

Modules need to calculate their own durations.

The ship should not be calculating module durations. Modules should calculate durations on the fly as the use manipulates the controls.
