Fix layout of automata
The layout function is terrible. Probably totally rework it. It might be better to just support manually moving states around, and persisting the layout in the JSON file.
Loading automata from files
Users should be able to load an automaton from a JSON file. (This is already done in gui.py. We just need to add the functionality to choose a different file to load.)
Add GUI items
Items to add:
Input to accept the input to put through the machine (Text Box)
Play (Button)
Pause (Button)
Speed (Slider)
Single Step(Button)
Current Letter: (Text Possibly highlights)
Edit the start and final states
One start state multiple final states
Start and final state can be the same
Save automata to files
Automata can be loaded from JSON files (see gui.py), but they need to be saved to files too. This will require a new function in automata.py, and new GUI elements.
