Implement Today page

Today page displays the timestamps of the current day.

It should permit to mark the timestamps as deleted / undeleted.

It also summarize the total and expected hours for the current day.

Enhance reporting document

Current XLSX report has basic formatting.

Formatting should be improved to have better presentation.

Excel Dart module has currently limited (and bugged) features.

Complete refactoring of the DB-related code and the timestamp functions.

DB and timestamp related code is very messy (was written for the proof of concept r0.0.1).

It should be completely refactored with some cleaner and better structured code.

Implement XML backup restoration

Currently, XML DB backup can be generated and exported (shared).

The restoration procedure (after a download, for instance) is still missing.

Package licenses check

Check licenses of the misc integrated packages.

Replace packages with undesirable licenses.

Reports page: Improve month selection

• Allow date selection based on the general.startUtcTimestamp value (currently, it does not allow to select a date prior the first timestamp...)
• Implement a month picker

Wrong timer colors

Timer colors are not the ones expected.

It is expected to have blue and green for working time below due duration. We have green and orange instead.
