Quick heads up about the open source code license...

Greetings and congrats on publishing this port!

I was taking a quick look and noticed that the main LICENSE file does not match the version that OpenFOAM 7 uses, namely the core project seems to be using GPLv2, while OpenFOAM uses GPLv3.

If you have scripts or new files that use GPLv2, that's OK, but OpenFOAM's source code cannot be downgraded to an older GPL version.
