Parameter problems

Running into parameter problems even for this simple system.

• For n0=0.2 the phase plot does not resemble that in Fig1a. at time=164
• For n0=0.18 the phase plot is still stable!
• Phase plots look worse when I explicitly try to set precision to 17 decimals using the decimal package in python

Hopefully the MATLAB code does better.

Read and understand previous work on GFG systems

Leonard addresses previous work by Sedcole (1978), Leonard and Czochor (1978), and Czochor (1982). Fleming seems to have created a dynamical model. Will be useful to get a sense of what these papers accomplished

Generating Figs 3,4 in Leonard 1994

@boribong try and understand how Figs 3,4 were generated.
n is not at equilibrium, seems to be the 'leftmost' value of n from the limit cycle plot. Still unclear. Can we reproduce any of the 12 subplots??

Look into Wright's Island Model of Gene Flow

@amoghpj Wright's Island Model of Gene Flow was used in the population subdivision section. Used to generate Figure 4?
