The sentence should be: "Your aim should be to learn."

Explanation:

"Your" is a possessive pronoun, used here to show that the aim belongs to the person being addressed.
"You're" is a contraction of "you are," which doesn't fit the context of this sentence.
The corrected sentence uses "Your" to correctly convey the intended meaning. 👍
