Add SessionsEditor

Sessions Editor shall allow

• copying a session
• creating a new, blank session
• deleting sessions (with confirmation)

Add confirmation to deletion actions

Add column names to player list

Add PlayerSafe mode

Shall be toggled with eye symbol button next to settings button
Player Editor shall allow setting of "nsfp" checkbox, which defines what is excluded once the mode is on

Change Player list grid layout

• Player names shall receive a min width
• ini column shall be reduced to 40 px
• between player names and ini column there shall be an area for the additional columns that is the least dominant, can be horizontally scrolled when overflowing

Add Import/Export Save data buttons to settings page

Option to add columns to session

Rename "Edit Actors" to "Edit Session"

Shall be part of the SessionEditor

Add checkbox to PlayerList that makes next calc ignore player entry

When the checkbox is checked, the player ini shall not be respected in the Next Turn button enable valuation as well as the ini calculation that is triggered by it

Checkbox shall be left of player name

If checked, darken the player name to visualize the skipping
