commit hook broken

i just tried to setup the commit hook and it seems to be broken since 9163184

in this commit, common.xml_filename was introduced with two parameters, but update-hook.py just calls common.xml_filename(file) twice without a second parameter

No way to supply settings to recipemd / recipemd does not look for settings file in user config files

There should be a way to put persistent settings e.g. among the users dotfiles

XMLs generated via recipe.py do not contain reference to XSLT

When generating a file using the recipe.py callable, the resulting file will not contain a reference to the XSLT stylesheet, whereas it will if it is processed using reprocess-all.py or using the git hook.

decimal amounts are not saved with a common decimal mark

Decimal amounts are currently saved as they are entered which makes further processing harder. In the internal representation they should always have a well defined format, and be converted into the locale appropriate version at the frontend.

How to convert to HTML or Latex?

I've got a sample recipe in markdown format, and I've run reprocess-all.py to generate the XML.

Now how do I get HTML or Latex out of the XML file?
