Issue Adding Shared Mailbox

Hello,

I work for a large and complex Australian based company. We are currently in the process of migrating Shared Mailboxes from one forest (forest A) to another (forest B). Due to the complexity of our environment, we are not able to leverage auto remapping of shared mailboxes (confirmed by MIcrosoft). I am attempting to use your MAPI Profile Toolkit to connect a Shared Mailbox, however when run it returns the following:

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.

I can confirm that Outlook is set as the default mail client. Here is the command I am running:

MapiProfileToolkit.exe -profile edit -profilemode default -service edit -servicemode default -mailbox add -mailboxdisplayname "Email Upgrade" -smtpaddress "[email protected]"

Can you provide any guidance or assistance with resolving this issue.
