Implement simultaneous fits

It would be good to have simultaneous fits of two different distributions (e.g. momentum response from cosmic rays to be used in the momentum spectrum fit).

Before the change to fcl config, I had some very rough code that would at least create a 2D plot. This is currently commented out in case you need an idea but it probably needs a complete rethink. A good test case is to fit DIO+Ce with either cosmic rays or RPCs in a momentum vs time plot.

Implement flat tree conversion for unbinned fits

In order to use RooFit's unbinned fitting we need to convert the tree being read into a flat tree. This should be done at the start of the program before filling or fitting any data.

Implement unbinned fits

This should come after implementing the flat tree conversion. It would be great if we could add an (optional?) ability to use RooFit's unbinned fitting procedures. This would allow us to go to higher than 3 dimensions.
