Refactored abstract map this is a departure from original

Deviates from L69 as in closing Issue 6 when implementing map based services my code was simplified so AbstractMapService implements CrudService directly.
By contrast in the course each derived map service implements the CrudService which results in 1:1 duplication. In source code here each derived map service only implements any usage that it needs e.g owner findByLastName

Maybe reason for this later on, added an issue to highlight for future refactoring.
