index.html doesn't have proper permissions

Hello I really enjoyed youtube video with the tutorial and youre explanations.

the only correction to make it better is to make sure Dockerfile changes index.html permissions as I was getting 403 error because apache wasn't able to read the file.

Can't access the public IP of container instance.

Thanks for the tutorial that you provided.
I am facing the problem when i want to access the public IP of the container instance.
I am not able to run the container with the public IP.
May i know what could be the problem?
