Provision DreamHost MySQL database
Will require the IRS letter of determination for proof of 501(3)(c) organization.

Form Submission Page
Create a form submission page that allows a caseworker or agent to enter in their clients relevant information to apply for funding.
Add Application Authentication
Add Google OAuth authentication so that users can log in with google accounts.

May want to use this issue for discussion on what the schema should look like.

An issue to discuss how duplication of funding requests will be determined.
Adding API call support to db
Divs cut off on vertical mobile screens
Cards and tables are cut off in a vertical mobile view. I think this might require some fixes to the CSS to have these cards overflow to new rows (or something like that, I'm not a CSS expert).
