Need to rebuild object from the config tree

Have experimented with os.walk to get info back from config json files. It allows access to the data but not yet recreated the object.

1. Rebuild structure though walk or recurcsion
2. Read in JSON files to populate the data
3. Use conmanrc to white|black-list files

Access files from other folders

Python is apparently limited in its ability to find files.
Options to consider:

• Manipulating the path
  Might be cleaner if set up initially
• Put all files under /usr/local/bin
  Reduces separation of concerns

Support programs installed through snap

Needs to:

• Extract these from command history
• Check snap records to ensure the program hasn't been uninstalled
• Needs to be able to install programs from config

Set up tabfind in vim

Need to set path=.,,**
