Update to Compose October '22

Would be great to update the Compose samples to use the Compose BOM. See android/user-interface-samples#399 for an example of how to do such a migration.

Please update to mention updating hte w600dp/activity_main.xml

In the Replace the BottomNavigationView element with the ComposeView element in the layout resource file section.

It currently says:

In the activity_main.xml file, replace the BottomNavigationView element with the ComposeView element. This embeds the bottom navigation component into a view-based UI layout with Compose.

However it doesn't make any mention of the w600dp/activity_main.xml file which will also need to be updated if this is going to work on Tablets and for the code to properly run.

I recommend adding a mention in that section about updating both files. Thanks!
