Use exception wrapping

PHPs builtin exception supports $previous as a third parameter.

Implement a touch function

It would be nice to have a function that allows one to touch an object, whereby its timestamp field (if it has one) will be updated. This should work without having to update any other values.
It should be limited to tables that have a timestamp field with "on update current_timestamp"

Typecheck all primitive types

All types except for objects should be checked when assigning them to fields.
Objects will be typechecked in the Model class.

Use some Spl goodness

There is some potential for performance increase when using SPL. FixedArray could be used at some places in the code.

merge simulateRead/Modify into canAccess

The simulateRead and simulateModify functions do the same, merge them.

Figure out if MYSQLI_CURSOR_TYPE_READ_ONLY can boost performance

When implementing the iterators one might not want the entire result set. Leaving some of it on the mysql server could prevent some unnecessary transfers.

Typecheck unsigned integers

It should not be possible to assign negative integers to fields that are unsigned

Prevent cyclic references on foreign keys

This is mostly because we want to control the destruct sequence (cascading etc.)
