StateMachine incorrectly sets up the message filters for a state

Looking at the StateMachine.cpp we're trying to figure out why our statemachine setup is not working properly. We haven't yet identified all the issues but the first one we have come across is that if you don't start in the first state defined in your config, it will however install the message filters for the first state in the config which it shouldn't:

currentState = Get(0u);

We've confirmed this with break by starting in the second state defined in our config and then going:
break StateMachine.cpp:167
run
p nextStateEventJ->GetNextState()

More to follow as I narrow this down, I'll create a branch on my fork to suggest some changes and put in a pull request once that is done
