Web project doesn't work for me

I try to find documentation/sample about using funcUI Elmish multi platforms.
I didn't find a lot of information but this project.
Desktop project works but I get the following error when running Web project:
"Error: no perHostConfigs found"
Are there any sample or documentation available ?
I am using VS 2022
