My name is Angelo, and I am a software engineer based in the Netherlands.

I am a software engineer from Cape Town, South Africa. Nowadays I'm living in the Netherlands, where my main focus is working on backend PHP applications. I'm generally passionate about building software that is scalable, maintainable, and secure, while continuously looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.

Bump package.json versions to resolve dependencies

Add a Subscribed Users list

Subscribed users want to be able to see who else is subscribed.

Better Documentation for Linux/OSX

We need better documentation for Linux and Mac users.

Database for Go Implementation

• Research a suitable database
• Add selected database

Database for Java Implementation

• H2 in memory database

Check for and handle duplicate usernames

Duplicate usernames should be handled on both the server and client.

Create a .bat version of the create-cert.sh script

The current create-cert.sh script is for Windows. It should be converted to work for OSX/Unix and a .bat file should be added for Windows.

Add a Subscribed Users list

Subscribed users want to be able to see who else is subscribed.

Basic Go Implementation

• Chat service (server)
• Chat session (per client)

Update UserList background colour to match that of the app
