Initial scaffolding

@gnomeontherun - This repo contains the completed code base. where can i get the initial scaffolding for data center app ? i'm trying the follow the steps in the books. it would be great if you can tell where i can find the initial scaffolding so i can follow the steps. without the initial code base its very hard to follow the steps in the book.

Incompatible with contemporary Angular/Node versions

On node 16 and Angular 14 this project won't npm i successfully. I know you said it is compatible with older versions, but I know you understand the frustration of juggling versions. Hopefully Manning would be willing to work with you to get resources updated because this book is so good! Potentially an Angular 14+ re-write/update?

Thanks for all your work on this book. Even if I don't get the project running, it is still proving useful.

Error in Chapter 6

In chapter 6, the instructions are to open the src/app/dashboard/dashboard.component.html file and update it to have the following template:
<app-navbar (onRefresh)="refresh()"></app-navbar> <ng-template #alertBox></ng-template> <app-dashboard></app-dashboard>
That seems to be an error. The change should be made in the app.component.html file instead.

npm install fails with node 10

Running 'npm install' in this repo seems to fail with node 10:

[tslint] Properties should be separated by semicolons (semicolon)

Writing the code on VS Code, ts lint gives that error when Interface's properties separated by commas instead of by semicolons. Also, in typescript documentation they use semicolons instead of commas.
