Blockers for Dolphin support

• No availability of the "SCE-PS3 Rodin LATIN" font in Dolphin, the font used by NieR, this is a Sony font that comes with the PS3 OS and is thus available on RPCS3 but not in Dolphin;
• No way to accurately set the background image, QT doesn't support base64 images and relative path (i.e. Styles/YoRHa-background.jpg) is not working on Dolphin, need relative path support that is OS independent and works regardless of where the user placed the emulator;
• QPushButton background-color/background styling is not working, color property works fine, and both work fine in RPCS3;

I didn't fully check all of the Dolphin UI, but these are the most blatant blockers right now
