Batch listing renders improperly on mobile devices

CSS problem, the website is unable to render its batch listing page properly. Multiple columns show on the screen when only one should, they overlap, and it all messes up.

Package Management

Current package management system is clumsy, and the SASS files are not compiling in Visual Studio. Need to add Grunt and Bower to get the package management system working.

HTML head content shifts to body

All the content that should be in the head of the HTML markup shifts over to the body along with empty lined enclosed in double quotes. <title>, <meta>, <link>, and all other tags in the head are found in the body. Though it does not create any direct rendering issues on Chrome or Edge, invalid markup needs to be gotten rid off.

Logo and Branding

Team logo and branding styles are not yet available, SVG files for the logo are needed, favicons are required, and a lot of work needs to be done. Mostly Adobe Illustrator.
