Feature to Authenticate users before sharing files locally.

currently we dont support authentication of users any user can download files shared or send files to server. we must allow authentication as option for enhanced security.

Deal with Removal of cgi module from python 3.13

Migrate away from cgi and cgitb asap , refer https://peps.python.org/pep-0594/

We must review if we are explaining better what leakylan is and how it might be useful to people , Also currently Images of leakylantool shown in readme is broken.
