Add support for non english languages.
Currently Pdftotext only supports english , potential contributors may try to add non english languages , simplify installation and uninstallation of additional language packs , add code to support above mentioned features on both linux and windows.
Add support for Void Linux
I can add support for Void Linux because the actual project cannot work in that distro
Automatic installation of dependencies fail when using pypi pkg
pip install pdftotext3 doesn't auto install required dependencies , installer tries to install and prompts sudo password then throws error The update command takes no arguments . Verified on ubuntu 22.04
