Check Out Enhancements

Kind of leaving this here as a reminder to myself to get to it whenever I get a chance or whenever someone else feels like it.

• Implement a hubot release {feature} command
• Add the command to the hubot help output (probably requires some refactoring of how the commands are implemented)
• Store and show how long a person has checked out a feature
• Make the bot mention the person the box is stolen from when executing hubot steal {feature}
