PatronId and DeweyId are copies of each other in Holds

PatronID and DeweyId in Holds are the same but there's a corresponding Patron to each PatronId and a corresponding Item for the DeweyId. So either the numbers were not random as assumed or there was an issue with the numbers from the initial data. Not sure if it's necessary to repopulate the database. If anyone encounters an isssue, please let me now.

A Patron can only have one hold per item

So, there's an issue with the holds where the primary key is patronID, deweyID, and itemNumber.
Suggestion:

  1. Add a column - Date added
  2. Which will limit a patron from adding one hold per item per day

Will have to redo the holds table
