The objective is NOT the next Facebook or Twitter or LinkedIn or StackOverflow or GitHub ... we should be building something that can be highly distributed, completely decentralized ... and can also be connected...

... connected does not mean censored ... although completely private and censored might be the default ... users should not assume that if they are connected, they are secure ... but a user should be able to granularly configure the exact nature of what part of the public they are exposed to.

ANNOTIFYAPP is for meditative CORE-DUMPING ... don't overthink overthinking ... but don't underthink inherently complex issues.

This app project is really just something for my own peace and mind ... I am actually much interested in being a good COMMITIZEN on the main 125 open source projects which support this app.

The app is intended to allow a creative knowledge worker to be in a state of meditative creative flow as she/he engages in the collaborative process of carefully examining scientific or engineering data and analyses. We should break that down and understand what we mean, concretely, by terms such as meditative or flow.

Meditation is about getting into an alpha or theta wave state ... our purpose is in allowing people to braindump some concern or stressor, ie the therapy of just talking it out and explaining the bullshit.

KNOWING that you will come back to it VIA THE NOTIFICATION ... and, in all likelihood, just delete the note ... or maybe save one little snippet of the rant for its pure crystalized insight value ... an ANNOTATION starts off being PERSONAL... maybe rambling and incoherent crybaby stuff that nobody should see ... only after a HARD COMMIT does an ANNOTATIONS raise to the level of being a GIST of an idea that maybe should be considered as a comment on an issue.

ANNOTIFYAPP therefore is a tool for being a good MEDITATIVE commitizen.

It comes down to whether people can leave something alone ... or whether they stress over conforming ... the people who stress over conforming are also worried gigantically about how other people might be conforming or not conforming.

It's important to be able to tell people to fuck the living fuck off ... because you just are not going to be part of their soap opera ... if you want me to ANNIHILATE the soap opera, I will ... but first I am going to try to refuse to be part of your inbred hillbilly shitshow.

If you make me care about your shitshow, I will dismantle it.

I don't really ever think about status or whether I am getting along with people 🤔

My annotations/notifications are strictly about the mechanics of code, AI, economics ... I don't really engage in drama ... except when I have to break it.
