Need help on implementation

I highly appreciate this project since this is the only .NET wrapper I could 
find on Sciter library.

I intend to use the library into my project which basically need a replacement 
of .NET WebBrowser control that have many limitations. So basically I need a 
replacement Control, but I'm facing problem when wrapping the SciterControl 
into a UserControl (not into a descendant of SciterForm) I got exception when 
trying to access AllElements property.

The message is said to be related to creating Element must be with in 
ElementScope.

Here I attach the control I try to make.
Any help or clue will be highly appreciated.
