Rules in firewall (With a loop) are replaced instead of added

I feel I need to review my options and perhaps create a list op ip addresses instead and not depend on looping.
I still feel it's an oversight though.

as I worked with the firewall role I noticed this as well. Not only don't loops work when adding IPs, loops in general don't work. Whatever parameters are set for a given firewall, that's their final state. I ended up constructing my firewall rule in a temp var first and create the firewall with all rules, ports and IPs in place after all parameters where gathered.
