Usage:

1. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

2. execute:

   python growing_neural_gas.py
   

3. You will see output after 10000 iterations as output.gif.

TypeError: only integer scalar arrays can be converted to a scalar index

I am having this error while this running the script.

Little research from google suggest change in NumPy Version responsible for this error.

Please suggest some solution.
