Invalid params to C2BSimulate

I am certain this should be return $simulate->submit($params,$appName);
This has taken alot of debugging time.

Separate laravel from the main package to allow extensibility for other frameworks

Could you please provide an example call for C2BRegister and C2BSimulate in Laravel? It is not entirely intuitive how I should be calling those.
