• Add setup section in readme

• API auth folder is empty. All files are in another git repo and must be added in our repo.

• How can we forbid commit with linters ? Check SGC package.

[VOCAL] - Move vocal recognition to NodeJs

• Move vocal to Server side
• Check for EventSource Object to push event (and data) into the front side
