Gert,
You are correct that as of commit 950b7bb ANTS is taking advantage of features that are only available in ITK 4.5.
You will need to checkout 8546579 to have a ITK v 4.4 compatible version.

You should point out these things out in the build instructions and also point to the latest source tarball there.

gert - thanks for the comments. we anticipate making a release soon - it would be fairly complete if we could find someone to build a windows package for us. though this appears to be less and less likely i.e. anyone that has a windows machine does not have the ability to build packages.

Hi, now that ITK 4.5 is released, could you make a properly versioned source code release? Because then an official Debian package of this latest version could make its way into the repositories.
