Improve the design 🎨

The CSS currently is very basic and not too appealing. We need to improve the design of the web app

Create an info page

an information page at /info needs to be created which will tell how to use the application and whom to contact for support

Add support for local languages

Currently, the NLP analyses text which is in English. We need to add support for more local languages like Hindi, Malayalam.
Spacy already has packages available for these

Setup cron jobs

Add cron jobs to remove tweets from database which are old, to preserve space in the database
