求支持HTTP / FTP文件路径

大佬的工具肥肠好用，求支持HTTP / FTP文件路径，这样可以用读取自己做的外部字体文件服务器上的字体

能否发布一个新版本的release

由于目前已支持libass的自动加载字体，但只有论坛中提供附件下载，希望在github发布release方便下载

加载到字体列表

现在是只有调用过的字体才在列表里显示
能否实现即使程序未调用过字体
仍然将索引里的所有字体加载到字体列表
我想用在游戏和其他软件上
