WithdrawHistory has integer amount

Hey,

first of all: Fantastic API wrapper! Finally someone who gets it right and doesn't use floats for monetary values, but just returns the strings.

I noticed the WithdrawHistory type has an int amount field. I never withdrew from my account, so I can't test if this is actually correct. Can you verify that, and if yes, how do I convert that to the actual amount withdrawn?

Also the DepositHistory has a float64 amount, again - can't test it myself, is it really not a string?

Cheers
