Create a (heat?) map for forests/plants on the lowest level

Create a map for forests and plants that that visualize the data on the lowest possible level (data is available lat lon).

Possible solutions:
In the repo we have an example of a heatmap from GIS. So either it would be sth similar, or data could be mapped to some low-level polygons.

Forest/plants totals on country level

Create 2 maps on a country level that shows total species of forests and plants on a country level. We already a map for animals on a country level, so code should produce the same output.
Data for forests/plants is on lat/lon level.
