Rework Readme

The current readme is a bit messy.

• The changelog should be moved to a separate file.
• Missing table of contents
• Missing installation
• include mentioning of original author and reason for fork

Publish new version on master

We should have a ci job on master branch only to check for the version is higher than the one on bintray and auto publish if it is

Convert to GitLab-CI

Move from Travis to Gitlab,

This will also make it possible to test out other dialects as GitLab CI supports any docker image as a service.

Allow escaping a colon ':' character in a core module query

I really like this project and I'll be very happy to see this fork being maintained.
I'm submitting the problem with a colon character here.
The original issue is andrewoma#30
