Timeout in scan

Hi,

I have a script which use Arachni RPC Pure and want to use the option "timeout" in my scan, but it failed when I try to add it to the options. I'm following some of this documentation (http://rubydoc.info/github/Arachni/arachni/Arachni/RPC/Server/Instance) adapting me with Arachni RPC Pure.

So I searched in the code of Arachni why and saw that this option is not in the class "Options".

Am I doing it wrong ? Or it's maybe impossible to add a timeout for a scan with RPC ?

Where to put arachni-rpc-pure gem

I am using ubuntu operating system. I write the command gem install arachni-rpc-pure. And it was successfully install on my system. But when i go to the following directory: /home/anurag/Desktop/Arachni/arachni-v0.4.0.2-cde/cde-package/cde-root/home/zapotek/rubygems/gem.
I couldn't Find this gem. Please help me out.
