Make enabling chapters done automatically.

When a chapter is created it is initially marked as disabled from the node which originally created it.

Instead what could be done:

1. Chapter is created
2. some AI text generation tool can take the text from the original page + the text of the chosen option and then generate a new text for the new chapter.
3. Image is created as usually
4. Tadaa, no more disabling nonsense. If the generated text is bad then its easy to just change it.
