Ruysch

Ruysch is a CSW web-client specifically for exploring (OGC) webservices. The deployment running at arbakker.github.io/ruysch is configured to expose all services hosted by PDOK registered in the nationaalgeoregister.nl.

The key feature of this app is to enable quick exploration of webservices published by a organization in a CSW instance.

The following service-types are supported:

• WMS
• WFS
• WMTS
• INSPIRE Atom

Application can be customized (colors, cswEndpoint en serviceOwner) trough config.js but also though the url:

Named after Johannes Ruysch, a Dutch cartographer.

Change approach loading WMS service with many layers

CBS Gebiedsindelingen WMS is slowing down the browser to a grinding halt. Suppose it needs a more query based approach, instead of loading the full capabilities document at once (since it contains about a 1000 layers).
