The installer will launch and you should get something like this:

For partitioning with above mentioned subvolume scheme, select Erase Disk

IMPORTANT: You should select Erase Disk only if you are installing to one HDD/SSD, and wish to install Arch Linux on the entire disk. In all other cases, including implementation of your own subvolume scheme, Manual Partioning should be used.

arch-linux-gui-zen's Issues

Installer/terminal

In both the BSPWM and Zen kernel versions (which are the only ones I've tried as of the 6/11/21) the installer doesn't show unless you search for it and when you install it trying to open a terminal doesn't do anything both with the keyboard shortcut and using the application finder. This might just be a problem with lower powered computers but it meets the required specifications.

Make display manager and xfce optional during installation

@demonkilleralg I'm really grateful for your work and I can't thank you enough for this distro option. There's something that bugs me and it's the display manager and the desktop that is installed by default. Is it possible so the user can choose between lightdm and sddm and make the xfce as optional instead of forced during the installation?

If it's not possible, may I ask you to teach me how to build an ISO image from your repo so I can make the adjustment and the ISO myself? I believe this is the commit where you introduced the new behaviour.
