Adding Identity Module to the blocks.

You could define one like this:
`class ProgIdent(ProgInertBlock):
def init(self):
super().init()

def runBlock(self, x):
    return x

def runActivation(self, x):
    return x`

this would define a new inert block (no laterals) that just passes through.
Alternatively, you can use the existing ProgLambda with an identity function.
