Please bump up the maximum number of devotion limit to 60

Hey,
I was trying to use your amazing tool to solve an issue with my planned build. However, I don't want to fully commit on a constellation on the outer edge, as I only need the active.

Your tool always assume that you need the full points for a constellation, even if they don't grant affinity themselves (e.g Eye of Korvaak). Say I only want the active, then I would need 2 less affinity than the tools assumes.

Bumping the number here: https://github.com/Arctice/gd-starnav/blob/master/starnav.cpp#L76 from 55 to 57 would help me a lot. Then I can find a path for trees, that don't use all the points in outer constellations. You can bump that number even higher in case somebody wants to use multiple constellations without fully taking them.
