Fix Variable name

Later on, the variable is always called as new_pal. So for consistence, I suggest to rename this.

Add colour names/descriptions

In example plots from bar plot settings; no colour value is listed (no code is added) - add this in for ease of presenting

Scatter?

It is not wrong, but maybe change for dispersion or something like that.
My afraid is that people may do some confusion with the plt.scatter function.
