Save added participants locally

• Save added participant names:
  • using Sembast db OR
  • using key-value pairs (using the shared_preferences package) -> maybe a faster way?

Participants to groups

• E.g. own groups for each software development teams

Add ability to order participants by yourself (drag & drop)

Enhance "time's up" dialog

• Randomize emojis (the package supports only 5 emojis?)

When time's up, show a dialog

Empty string is returned when adding names & they're names stored in localStorage

• Initialize also valueText variable with localStorage data

• Registered into Multiavatar to get the API key
  • It works also without it but "Default API limits for unauthenticated users are 10 calls per minute."

Currently, the primary color of 'Arvo' button is blue BUT it should be the same as the primary color of used theme.
